At Bodypro Gym, we teach functional movements with emphasis on technique, progression, and efficiency. Since our opening day back in 2018, our Gym classes have provided an inspiring welcoming for everybody!

The body scalping class at our gym offers an intense and dynamic workout focused on high-intensity interval training and muscle toning.

TheĀ Kick boxing class at our gym provides an empowering and cardio-intensive experience, combining technique drills, pad work, and strength training to improve both fitness and self-defense skills.

Our yoga classes at our gym offers a fun and energetic workout, incorporating Latin-inspired dance moves and music to enhance cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
